Opening Day at Del Mar!

Today is the 1st day of the race season for Del Mar Race track! I always look forward to this day with anticipation. Not only does their 43 day Handicapping contest start but the forum also comes alive with a spirit 2nd to none! By the way if any of you who would like to join the Del Mar Fan Forum I will post the link here so you may do so. There are alot of knowledgeable folks with many thoughts about the racing industry. Mary & Joel (The Mods) also run a tight ship with no nonsense atmosphere. I have always enjoyed posting there. Also please feel free to sign up for the contest as the prizes this year are phenomenal. GRAND PRIZE: The overall top finisher for the 2008 season contest will receive a trip to Las Vegas and an entry into the NTRA/DRF National Handicapping Championship in Las Vegas in January 2009. Airline fare from anywhere within the 48 contiguous states will be provided to the winner along with hotel accommodations for the tournament.
